Some of the tissues and skin get tightened as a part of treatment and this cannot be regain its original flexibility. This discomfort will stay with you for your life. Breast Reconstruction surgery is an example for this. One may face difficulty in lifting their arms as before.
Possible risk of implants. There is a debate going on about the possibility of cancerous growth for those who have undergone breast implants.
